After
taking several classes in lampworking Sheryl has been perfecting these
beautiful glass
beads. Each bead is created with morettiglass from Italy.Sheryl
works in front of a torch
using long glass rods in various colors. Different colors are melted
around a steel mandrel in front of a flame, which is mixed with oxygen
and propane gas. Once each bead is designed they are then placed into a
kiln to slowly cool and harden.
