DON'T wear any of Sheryl Blais Studios pieces until after all perfumes and hairsprays have been applied. These products will create a build-up on sterling silver, pearls and crystal beads. Clean all pieces with a polishing cloth only.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and receipt of most items. Although most orders ship within days of an order receipt, due to the unique nature of our products occasionally more time is required. We will contact you if there will be a delay with your order. Custom designs may take longer to ship; please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our shipping schedule. Please save all invoices and packing materials until you are satisfied that your order has been received intact and is acceptable. Claims and returns will not be honored without these items.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
A 30-day warranty (from date of shipping) for all Sheryl Blais Studios pieces. This covers flaws, defects, damage or you are dissatisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase, please contact me immediately by telephone or email. All returns must be pre authorized and shipped in a padded envelope or box with packing materials and returned to us at the studio address listed above. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
REPAIRS
Although Sheryl's pieces are designed with durability in mind, however accidents do happen and there is the possibility that one of your favorite pieces may be damaged. If this does occur and you have enough of the original material to identify the design, we will gladly replace the piece as closely as possible with available material at a nominal fee. The approximate cost for the repairs are:
Minimum price of $20.00 + $5.00 shipping and handling for restringing.
If there are pieces missing the cost will be higher so that the missing pieces may be replaced. Please contact Sheryl with a description of what happened and a prompt response will be given along with instructions for repair returns.
